For example, the customer cannot make any reservation to EG-CZ Academy after the departure of the carrier, even if the package has not been opened in the presence of the carrier.
9.3 - DELIVERY TIME
Deliveries are made by various specialised carriers depending on the nature of the product ordered. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier. The delivery times mentioned on the product sheet are only indicative and EG-CZ Academy cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery. At the end of this period, no further claims from the customer will be accepted, i.e. any request for exchange, refund or credit note will be rejected.
