necessary for the supply of the goods and services subscribed
to, until the extinction of their guarantees.
2.3 - PROBATORY DOCUMENT
The contractual information about the order will be confirmed by

order confirmation email or print it. However, all documents
resulting from the archiving of order forms and invoices in the
computer systems of SAS EG-CZ Academy may also constitute legal
proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties.

EG-CZ Academy shall endeavour to present the essential

EG-CZ Academy cannot be sued by the customer.
3.3 - EXCEPTIONS

corresponds to the availability time plus the delivery time
indicated on the website.
Similarly, the delivery time for a collection in our premises

or on the newsletter, the price indicated on the description
sheet will prevail.
4.2 - FLUCTUATIONS
It is possible that the price of the same product or service
may fluctuate after it has been put online on the site. This
fluctuation may be temporary, as it is part of a promotional
operation of limited duration, or it may be longer. EG-CZ Academy
cannot be held responsible for fluctuations in the indicative
public price. These fluctuations will in no way entitle the
client to return the product or cancel the service outside
the conditions and time limits for returns set out in article
10 below. EG-CZ Academy cannot be held responsible for fluctuations
in the selling price and any price differences will not be
reimbursed under any circumstances.

the corrected order without penalty.

concerning the goods and services offered on EG-CZ Academy may

post to the following postal address S.A.S. EG-CZ Academy - 9 Rue Louis
Le Bourhis - 29000 Quimper - France in order to allow a final validation
of the order :
- EG-CZ Academy reserves the right to accept or reject the order,
- in case of non-receipt of the supporting documents within 7 days,
EG-CZ Academy reserves the right to refuse the validation of the
payment and therefore to reject the order.
- in the event of receipt of documents deemed non-compliant by
the customer service, EG-CZ Academy reserves the right to reject
and cancel the order.
6.3 - DEADLINES
Customer invoicing generally takes place within 24
working hours from the date of validation of payment.

Customers' bank details are encrypted on their own computer and then
transmitted securely to the billing site provided by the online payment
services of the Caisse d'Epargne, Société Générale and CIC. This procedure
is managed by the ssl encryption technology, one of the most used and
secure. For any new transaction on the www.eg-czacademy.com website,
you will be asked for your payment details, except in the case of
subscriptions which are recurrent and managed by the Caisse d'Epargne,
Société Générale and CIC banks.
7.2 - PAYMENT TERMS
EG-CZ Academy offers its customers the possibility to collect their order(s) at its premises.
8.1 - CONFIRMATION OF COLLECTION
Confirmation of collection (by appointment) is mandatory for any
collection from our premises. The customer will be informed by
e-mail or by telephone call (if the telephone number field has
been filled in). In case of unavailability of one or more products

8.2 - REGULATED PRODUCTS
The customer must have his identity document (national identity card,
passport), his licence for the current sporting year as well as the
corresponding authorisations to hold, or receipts for the order.
8.3 - PARTS REQUIRED FOR COLLECTION
When collecting the order from our premises, the
customer must present the following documents :
8.4 - RESERVATIONS ON COLLECTION
On the day of collection, the customer must sign a note in the event of
damage to the packaging. The absence of reservations is equivalent to
irrevocable acceptance. The collection of the product automatically
entails the transfer of risk to the customer, which means that the
handling, loading and transport of the product is the customer's
sole responsibility.
9.1 - DELIVERY PROCEDURE
Unless otherwise stipulated in these general terms and conditions
of sale, delivery costs are always payable by the customer.
Delivery does not include installation or commissioning of the
product ordered. These services are provided on our premises by
appointment.
9.2 - DELIVERY
In the event of an anomaly concerning the delivery, the customer
must indicate his reservations in the form of detailed handwritten
observations, dated, explicit and accompanied by his signature
on the delivery slip.
These anomalies can be for example :
- damaged product: scratches, dents, shocks...
- product not conforming in nature (error of reference, colour...) or in quantity...
In the event of an anomaly or non-conformity, the customer must
refuse the package and must, as soon as possible on the day of
delivery, send his complaints to EG-CZ Academy's customer service
by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the following
address :
S.A.S. EG-CZ Academy - customer service - 9 rue Louis Le Bourhis - 29000 Quimper - France
Any complaint made outside this period may be rejected without possibility of recourse
for the customer. The absence of complaints, the absence of reservations on the part
of the customer means that the product delivered is deemed to be satisfactory and may
not be the subject of any subsequent dispute. For example, the customer cannot make
any reservation to EG-CZ Academy after the departure of the carrier, even if the package
has not been opened in the presence of the carrier.
9.3 - DELIVERY TIME
Deliveries are made by various specialised carriers depending on the nature of the product
ordered. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier. The delivery times mentioned
on the product sheet are only indicative and EG-CZ Academy cannot be held responsible
for the consequences due to a delay in delivery. In case of non-receipt of a parcel
within the indicative delivery times, the customer can contact the customer service
who will determine the cause of the delay and communicate it to the customer. If necessary,
EG-CZ Academy will open an investigation into the delivery of the product with the carrier
concerned. The carrier itself determines the duration of the loss investigation. For example,
a product that has not been delivered to the customer will be investigated for a period of
45 working days from the date the investigation is opened by EG-CZ Academy. The
investigation will be opened within 48 working hours following the transmission by
the client to EG-CZ Academy of the information of the non-receipt of his/her order
as well as the documents necessary for the opening of this investigation that EG-CZ
Academy may request from the client. If the product is found during the investigation
period, it will be delivered to the customer. If the product is not found at the end
of the investigation and only under this condition, EG-CZ Academy will :
- send a replacement product at its expense if the product is still available
- refund the price of the order lost by the carrier or offer a voucher for the next
purchase if the product(s) ordered are no longer available.
Under no circumstances will EG-CZ Academy exchange or reimburse the
product before the expiry of the investigation period and the customer
will not be able to make any claim against EG-CZ Academy as a result.
In the event of non-delivery of an order or part of an order, the customer
has a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date indicated for the delivery
of the order to notify customer service. At the end of this period, no
further claims from the customer will be accepted, i.e. any request for
exchange, refund or credit note will be rejected.
9.4 - SPECIAL CASES
Some carriers do not deliver to the floor. In this case, the parcel is
given to the recipient at the foot of the building. For carriers
providing delivery to the floor, this cannot be carried out in flats
located above the 5th floor without a lift or by gondola.
The customer must indicate the choice of delivery method when ordering.
In any event, the customer must ensure in advance that the main
access to the delivery location he has chosen - in particular the
size of his stairwell and his entrance door - allows the delivery
of his order.
10.1 - GENERAL
Due to the nature of the regulated products & services sold by
EG-CZ Academy (weapons, ammunition for weapons, shooting equipment,
and accessories), some of which require the entry and
processing of administrative documents, the customer does
not have the right to cancel the order, nor the right to
cancel the order as provided for in articles l 121-20 of the
French consumer code.
In case of cancellation of an order, the provisions of article
l 121-20 of the consumer code apply as long as the order has
not been validated/confirmed or the products have not been shipped
or delivered by EG-CZ Academy. At any time, the Buyer may contact
the Seller, to make any request or claim relating to the Products
ordered by using the messaging tool below, in particular to assert
his guarantees when they are in effect.
10.2 - PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE
In order to exercise the right of return, the customer needs a return
number. This return number is essential to identify and process the return
of the product as quickly as possible, whatever the reason. The customer
obtains this number from our customer service department. In the event
of a collection of goods from our premises, in the event of a return,
the customer must return the goods to us by his own means to the premises
where the collection was made. Under no circumstances may the customer
request EG-CZ Academy to take back the product at home.
The product must be returned to EG-CZ academy in a condition suitable for resale, i.e. in compliance with the return conditions set out below :
Any incomplete return of goods from a customer
will not be accepted by our customer service.
The products must be accompanied by the return number provided by
EG-CZ Academy and the sales invoice that
will have been printed on the website.
The risks associated with the return of the product, whatever
the cause, are the responsibility of the customer. If the
product is lost by the carrier during this shipment, the
customer is solely responsible and will not be reimbursed
by EG-CZ Academy.
If the right of return is exercised in accordance with the conditions
stipulated herein, the customer will be offered either a voucher or a
refund of the purchase price. If the customer chooses a refund, EG-CZ
Academy will make every effort to refund the customer within 30 days
from the date of receipt of the returned product. If this period is
exceeded for reasons beyond its control, EG-CZ Academy cannot be
sued by the customer.
If the customer is reimbursed by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer when returning the product. If the returned product does not reach EG-CZ Academy within the time limit and conditions specified in this article 10, the customer will not be reimbursed nor will he/she obtain a voucher. In this case, if the customer wishes to use the product again, he/she must make a request by using the contact form in his/her customer account or by telephone to EG-CZ Academy which will then send the product as soon as possible. The return shipping costs will be charged to the customer and are payable in advance by credit card or bank transfer.

customer must keep the purchase invoice for the
product. The nature of these guarantees varies,
they can cover: the cost of parts and/or the
cost of labour
11.2 - GUARANTEES WITHIN 14 DAYS

of receipt of the product by the customer, the customer must

will tell him/her how to return the product. In this case,
the customer may request a replacement or refund of the product
from EG-CZ Academy

Academy customer service. This agreement will be materialised
by the delivery of a return number to the customer and in
accordance with the procedures and provisions of article 10.2
above. No product that proves to be defective after the 14
calendar day period following receipt of the product by the
customer will be accepted by EG-CZ Academy under the 14 day
guarantee. Exceptions are products for which the manufacturer's
guarantee is provided by EG-CZ Academy, which will be the
preferred contact. The cost of returning the product for
which the manufacturer's warranty is provided by EG-CZ Academy
shall be borne by the customer.

date of receipt of the product and within the manufacturer's
warranty period indicated on the product sheet, the customer

contact EG-CZ Academy's customer service department, which
will make its best efforts to provide a solution to the problem.
EG-CZ Academy will not be held responsible for the actions and
decisions of the manufacturer's service department. For example,

that the manufacturer's after-sales service has refused to accept
for any reason whatsoever: manufacturing defect, shock during
transport, misuse of the product, etc. Exceptions are products
for which the manufacturer's warranty is provided by EG-CZ Academy,
which will then be the preferred contact. The warranty is only given

application of the contractual guarantee and/or the paid services and after-sales service.
